We can provide a tailored service to suit any individual property owner, and the services we offer are numerous. We can offer standard packages with a set price, as well as many 'optional extras' but if you do not see exactly what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us. What price do you put on the security and maintenance of your Spanish investment? A property that is obviously visited regularly is less likely to be targeted for burglary!!! Your recommendation is our next income, so your home is as important to us as it is to you. The Complete Management Package The complete Management contract package includes Advertising your rental property, taking bookings, Cleaning and laundry services after each let, key holding services and Maintenance and property checks. For all these services we make a 120 euros per annum administration charge plus 10% of the weekly rental charge - ie. we charge £10 in very £100 you charge the customer for renting your property. This 10% can be deducted from the initial deposit we take for letting your property and the balance sent direct to you. Therefore. NO BOOKINGS - NO FEES! - giving you complete peace of mind that your guests and your property will receive the best possible care and attention at all times. We will always leave our contact information so that your guests can contact us in an emergency 24 hours a day. The Maintenance Contract A maintenance visit consist of: visiting property weekly: Testing appliances to make sure all are in working order, gas, electricity, light bulbs, security systems if applicable. We will submit regular reports via fax or email to our clients. The property will be aired, plants watered and all kitchen/bathroom appliances thoroughly checked and tested. Turn on or off services. Check inventory (previously supplied by owner). Maintenance visits cost 15 euros per visit. We will inform you of any problems that may arise. Any damages will be recorded on digital camera, whereby images can be posted or emailed to the owner. Should we be required to carry out repairs or replace fixtures and fittings - then quotes will be obtained and discussed with you before any works are carried out. We advise fortnightly maintenance visits but the frequency of these visits are left entirely to your discretion.- Gardening, painting and decorating, building works and pool maintenance can also be arranged at additional cost. We are happy to arrange maintenance contracts that are tailored to your requirements. Please call us for details. The Cleaning Contract A Clean property is your key to success in the letting market!! Under the terms of our cleaning contract, we will visit the property after each letting, giving it a full clean, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, polishing, sweep & mop floors, replace toilet rolls and towels, change bedding. Laundry will be washed & ironed. Maid Service during lets can be arranged at extra cost. (Owners should provide 2, preferably 3, sets of bedding and towels to allow for any 'accidents' and same day changeovers).
